Organisational Development

We know each organisation and each learner is unique, so we design bespoke development solutions to meet your needs, supplemented where appropriate by group and one to one coaching.

Our approach, building on 25 years experience of delivering proven leadership and organisational development solutions, is practical, focused on embedding learning back in the workplace and delivering real behavioural change and performance improvement.

We specialise in designing accredited and tailored leadership programmes, facilitating team development and delivering a range of resilience and wellbeing courses.

Team Development &
Facilitation

As trained and experienced executive and team coaches we are specialists in creating the environment and process where teams feel safe and supported to open up and engage in real dialogue, sharing what they are thinking and feeling, and at the same time moving towards agreed solutions and actions.

We can help with facilitation of strategic planning sessions, away days, team reviews, bringing teams together and resolving areas of conflict.

We are MBTI Accredited and offer half-day and one day team sessions, helping participants to understand their own style, recognise and appreciate differences with others, and develop a framework for better communication and team interaction, helping to reduce conflict, enable change and enhance productivity.

We’ve a track record of working with senior teams, helping them to build better relationships, work together as a team, and identify and address key strategic challenges.

Resilience &
Wellbeing

Organisations perform better when staff are happy, healthy and engaged.  We offer a range of bespoke tailored interventions at staff and management level.

We can provide a range of programmes, from short introductory workshops to longer 4 to 8 week programmes, that helps people to understand their own personal situation and improve their well being and resilience.

Our programmes incorporate mindfulness, positive psychology, mental fitness, stress management techniques and coaching and are based on 25 years experience of working in this field, along with up to date knowledge of the latest science and proven techniques.

Marie completed her Mindfulness teacher training with the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University in 2016 and is currently completing Positive Intelligence Coach training, based on a synthesis of recent breakthroughs in neuroscience, cognitive and positive psychology, and performance science.

What people are saying

  • It was an invigorating yet relaxing morning that made me ‘stop’ and be at peace with myself, whilst tuning me in more to my body and mind

Participant on a resilience and wellbeing course

  • It was a very positive understandable seminar.  It wasn’t intimidating.  It was realistic.

Participant on a resilience and wellbeing course

  • Marie facilitated a strategic planning session for us. She worked with me beforehand to identify what I wanted to achieve from the day and agree a programme. On the day itself she was able to skilfully help the team to surface and deal with tricky issues and come to agreement, help us to create a vision for the future and develop an action plan to get us there. We would never have got as far, or with the same level of commitment, without her facilitation.

    Head of Department

  • The Managing Change programme helped me to understand the impact of change on my team and how important communication was, even when it was challenging. I came away feeling much more confident in my ability to lead the team successfully through this challenging period.

    Head of Department

  • As a very grateful recipient of expert services from Marie and Clare during a restructure, I can truly say I would not have survived it as well without you. You helped me so much to face the situation head on, with more courage and confidence.

    Change programme participant

  • The course was thought provoking and very useful. It helped me get things into perspective and I'm going away with actions that will help me deal with the uncertainty of change.
