We are a small team of Association for Coaching accredited executive coaches, each with over 15 years’ experience of coaching.
Because we know every person is unique, our coaching approach is individual and bespoke, based around creating a safe and positive space for clients to develop, move forward and grow.

Initial Meeting
All our coaching begins with an initial free introductory meeting, to chat through your goals for coaching and check that we are a good fit. We’ll then agree your bespoke coaching programme, depending on your situation and needs. When appropriate, this conversation can also include the commissioning manager or HR.
Coaching
Typically, we meet with clients on a monthly basis, for 90 minutes, for 4-6 sessions, either in person or online. This will vary depending on client need, so for example, a leader in a new senior role may prefer a 12 month coaching programme to help them transition and succeed in their first year, or we may work with someone who is facing a specific challenging situation and needs only 2-3 sessions.
Evaluation
Feedback and evaluation helps us to review that we are meeting your needs and delivering results. So as part of contracting, we’ll agree how to measure the impact of coaching for you. In organisations, we’ll clarify the role of HR or the commissioning manager in this process. We review each coaching assignment mid-way, as well as at the end of the contract.
