About Marie Ferris
Marie is a CIPD qualified Learning & Development Specialist and accredited Executive Coach with over twenty five years’ experience of facilitating leadership, coaching and organisational development training. She currently teaches on Queen’s University ILM and SEDA accredited programmes and Ulster University Postgraduate and Master’s level courses.
She has over 1000 hours of coaching experience, across a range of clients at all levels of leadership from members of the senior team to new leaders and managers at the early stage of their career.
Marie won a National Training and Development Award for Excellence in Coaching.
Marie is MBTI qualified, a Master NLP Practitioner and experienced in the application of a wide range of tools and assessment. She has an MSc in Human Resource Management, with a specific focus on coaching for managers within organisations, and has co-authored a best practice guide for Advance HE on how to develop a coaching culture.
About Clare Madden
Clare has 20+ years in learning and development, specialising in leadership development and helping organisations, teams and individuals to grow. She has held Learning and Development roles across both Health & Social Care Services and the Higher Education Sector.
Clare was Professional Development Manager at Ulster University where she worked with Marie to provide an extensive range of programmes and services across all staff levels and professions, winning a National training award for Excellence in Coaching. She also initiated the University’s Women’s Network and introduced a number of mentoring schemes for women.
Clare is an accredited MBTI provider (for individuals and teams) and has designed and facilitated a wide range of coaching training programmes, including ILM accredited and at Master’s level.
