ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring
NEW ONLINE PROGRAMME STARTS JANUARY 25
This programme is ideal for people who use coaching in their organisation, or who wish to train as an independent coach. It is a highly experiential programme, helping you to build your coaching skills and apply them with real clients, supported through workshops, practice and supervision.
In completing this course, you will gain a nationally recognised coaching qualification, and become a confident and skilled coach. We’ll support you to complete 18 hours of coaching with your first 3 clients, and develop your coaching skills and your own unique coaching approach.
Our approach is a little different from many other providers.
We only run this programme in small cohorts, so that we can offer more 1-1 support, guidance and supervision
We get you ready to coach with your first client, and then we help you develop your confidence and skills as you build your coaching hours. For us, the learning is in the coaching, and we are there to support you as you build your hours and work with different clients
We’re qualified, accredited Executive Coaches with hundreds of hours of coaching experience, and we bring that experience into the programme
You receive 6 hours of coaching yourself as part of the programme, so you get to experience the power and impact of coaching yourself
On completion of the course, we offer free associate membership of the Association for Coaching so that you can continue to embed and develop your skills, and reduced rates for supervision
That’s why 100% of participants on our course say they would recommend it to others!
