Supervision for Organisations
In-House Group Supervision for Internal Coaches – Supporting Coaching Excellence and Impact
Many organisations invest in internal coaching to drive leadership development, cultural change, and employee growth. However, internal coaches face unique challenges, navigating workplace politics, balancing multiple roles, and maintaining confidentiality within the same organisation. Without structured support, even the most skilled internal coaches can feel isolated or struggle to sustain their impact.
Supervision provides a structured, reflective space to ensure your coaches are delivering high-quality, ethical, and effective coaching within your organisation.
Our in-house group supervision programme provides a dedicated, professionally facilitated space for your internal coaches to:
Manage Organisational Complexities – Explore ethical dilemmas, role boundaries, and the challenges of coaching within a system they are also part of.
Develop Coach Confidence & Competence – Creating a safe space to process challenges and develop and grow coaching skills.
Ensure Coaching Quality & Consistency – Strengthen reflective practice, align with organisational coaching frameworks, and uphold professional standards.
Build Resilience & Prevent Burnout – Support the well-being of coaches who may be juggling coaching with other roles.
Encourage Peer Learning & Community – Create a trusted network where coaches can share experiences, deepen their skills, and grow together.
A Scalable, Structured Supervision Solution
We know the challenges of supporting internal coaches with limited budgets and resources, and constraints about time away from their daily jobs, so we with organisations to design and deliver tailored and bepoke group supervision programmes, ensuring that internal coaches receive the professional support they need. Sessions are:
Delivered In-House or Virtually – Flexible to fit your organisation’s needs.
Led by a trained Coaching Supervisor and practising accredited Executive Coach – Providing expert guidance and facilitation.

Designed for Sustainability – Helping organisations embed a strong, self-sustaining coaching culture.
Investing in supervision means investing in the success and well-being of your internal coaches. Our tailored supervision programmes ensure that your internal coaches feel supported, empowered, and continually developing, contributing to a stronger, more effective coaching culture within your organisation.
