New Coaching Courses Available

For the first time, we’re offering open coaching courses. Up until now, my focus with Thrive has been working directly with organisations, delivering bespoke coaching development programmes. But I’ve always been asked, and even more so recently, about open courses for individuals who want to build their coaching skills.

I also know from working closely with organisations that training budgets are stretched, that many organisations are going through huge change, and that securing senior buy-in for larger programmes isn’t always easy. That’s why I’m making these practical, high-impact courses available to individuals who want to develop their coaching skills, strengthen their leadership, or enhance their coaching practice, without needing a full organisational programme.
