Women who Thrive: A Personal Reset

The Women who Thrive Reset Programme starting on 18th September will help you to understand yourself more, especially the thinking and behaviour patterns that are holding you back and getting in your way. It will help you identify and understand your own personal challenges, and how your current coping strategies aren’t always helpful.

But even more importantly, since this is a reset programme, it will help you develop new strategies and approaches to deal with all of life’s challenges, and help you builds ways to overcome your own personal critic and saboteurs.

It builds on the courses I have offered over the last few years supporting women to develop their resilience and learn to thrive.

But this course is a bit different.

It is really unique, designed in a way that not only helps you to understand yourself better, but to take small simple actions each day that build better new thought patterns and behaviours. Run over 8 weeks, it is a mix of:

  • online weekly videos, with a new subject each week

  • weekly online group coaching meetings on Monday evenings

  • small daily actions prompted through a really user friendly app

And, because the idea of this programme is to help you not only understand yourself and what’s holding you back better, but to reset with better thinking, habits and behaviours, it doesn’t finish there.

For the following 4 weeks you have access to new material through the app, which you are able to customise to suit your own needs. This is supported by weekly check-in emails, with a final group coaching meeting to help you embed the learning and take it forward on your own.

At the end of the 12 weeks, you will continue to have access to the material on the app for a further 9 months, or you can choose to subscribe to the app and access new material.

This unique structure really helps you to embed the learning, reset, and make the new thinking and habits part of your day to day life.

I know it works, beause I completed it myself, before undergoing further training to be able to deliver it myself.

Wellbeing and resilience courses are good, but too often they don’t help us to make lasting changes and develop new habits - this course, because of the unique way it is structured, focuses on small daily actions that build those new habits. And those small changes, and new habits, lead to transformational change.

  • Most attempts at positive change fail because we stop at insight and don’t build habits.

  • Sustained change towards a more positive mind requires laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice.

  • That’s the magic of this course - it helps and supports you to do just that!

What’s included in the Reset Programme?

  • For 8 weeks, each weekend, there will be a new 1 hour video for you to watch whenever suits you best.

  • On Mondays at 6.30pm I’ll faciltate a 1 hour live group coaching session to discuss the topic a little bit more, help you identify your learning and the changes you want to make, and then check in on how you are doing with those new small changes.

  • Each day, through the App, you’ll complete 3 small exercises, taking up about 15 minutes of your day.

  • And to embed the habits and learning even more, after the initial 8 week programme, you get access to new customised content in the App, with email checks in and a final group meeting to support you.

  • You retain access to the app and all the material for a full year from the start of the course.

Put this all together, and those small sustainable daily actions add up to big changes, a real reset, and you get to lead a happier, healthier, more content life!

How do I sign up?

Places are really limited for this course, as I only work with a maximum of 6 participants at a time. That allows us to get to know each other, spend time focusing on each participant, and helps you build a good supportive network.
